Jangan Tegur

Jangan Tegur - jangan tegur seseorang or like cuba nak memperbetulkan seseorang, membuatkan orang itu akan marah or cepat melenting.
Jangan Tegur - jangan cuba nak tegur weird - weird thing, or else that thing akan mengamuk and ganggu kita balik..

About jangan tegur yang di first one tu.. adalah satu incident in my office, that makes me macam... I need to make a move now lah.. tak payah nak tunggu lama - lama...

Kalau cakap working experience memang aku lama jugak.. tapi disebabkan aku ni dalam team yang salah.. so experience aku memang takde untuk itu.. sebab bidang aku lain..

gotlah one fine day... my officemate ni hantar e-maillah request something.. then when I read that e-mail.. aku cakaplah.. cara penyampaian dia tu salah... dalam term - term system admin ni.. mana yang faham apa dia nak tu fahamlah.. like me, aku faham dia nak apa, tapi dia hantar request tu kat mamat over the sea.. where typical mat saleh ni kenkadang... kalau kita tak explain bebetul.. dia macam cepat je nak cut the queue.. ontahlah susah nak cakap... then bila aku cakap, patutnya tulis cegini.. dengan harapan, dikemudian hari takdelah berlaku salah info lagik..

sayang pulak yek... apa yang aku cakap.. tak boleh terima pakai.. ye, sebab aku ni cuma kuli cabuk je.. yang memang tak pernah pun naik - naik pangkat ke hapa... baguslah.. aku sedar diri.. sedar ruang bak kata Adlin Aman Ramli... sorrylah, saya bukannya nak tunjuk pandai ke apa...tapi orang kata, tak bagi kedekut ilmu...

I am addicted.. again!

During my uni days, I liked to play Solitaire and Minesweeper. I got addicted to it at a point where I must play this game once my PC is booted up. I remember my best record for Minesweeper beginner level was 7 ! heheh! I can't recall the best record for other levels.

After I have graduated and started to work, I have stopped my "addiction". I will only play once awhile when I am bored or there is no other webpages to surf. No more these games until recently...... my bf start to play in front of me. The temptation start to sip through into my brain cells... slowly I start to launch the games... win, lost, lost, lost, win, win...... Winning is so satisfying.

I will play at home, office, starbucks, and its also on my handphone! haha!

My highest score for medium difficulty is 1189 (I beat my bf highscore :P )

Back Stabbed

Semua pasal kerja..
opss.. by the way.. I am the only one yang akan post entry dalam mix version... english and malay.. coz why? nanti semua org komplen english aku berterabur.. walaupun aku ada jugak usaha nak berjaya, tapi dah orang tu nak downkan aku, what to do.. lu pikirlah sendiri...

rasa cam malas je nak mulakan hari, padahal hari Isnin patutnya semua orang bersemangat waja.. oh ya.. aku kena buang sifat aku yang suka tulis short form to ensure our readers understand what I'm going to say.. sorry for my bad habits.

Apa U all rasa if your college ni depan u all very good and nice, malay said "pijak semut pun tak mati".. but at the back.. always say bad thing about you.. boleh terima ke... that's what I felt now.. maybe some people thoght that she/he just want to explain/complaint to another person/upper level, but at the same time, he/she back-stabbed that person...

letihlah cerita about this type of people.. and you wouldn't know unless you try to find out by yourself kan.. even your BFF also can do the same thing...I always think that, don't trust other people, even your husband/wife/bf/gf.. just trust yourself... I know that this is not the right thing to do but at least.. don't trust them 100% lah...

oh.. I am so tak suka about this... pleaselah this kind of people.. I don't know how to get rid of this such of people..

Out goes the lecturer

A UNIVERSITI Sains Islam Malaysia lecturer who passed only four out of 157 of her law students claims she was forced to resign so that the university could protect its reputation, Kosmo! reported.

Nor (not her real name) said the reason she left was because she could not stand the pressure from the university management on her to give “sympathy marks.”

“How am I to give extra marks if the marks they got is what they should be getting?” she said, adding that her downfall started when she received a show-cause letter on why so many students had failed.

She was then criticised by her superiors, who also wanted her to add marks based on attendance so as to reduce the number of failures.

“I stood my ground. How could I give them marks for that when it is their responsibility to show up for classes?” she added.

The university declined to comment.

I agree with what the lecturer did!

These students who so-call "graduated" goes out to the working world; do impact to people like us - working out here. There are a few people like these in my working world. Graduated from a established local university. But, can't even "think" even have so many years of experience.

I do beg to the universities in Malaysia to IMPROVE their education quality. The working world here is suffering from these kinda people lingering out here.
